Our Story
Hello there. Ploen Way first began as Ploen Ploen Restaurant in 2010, where we proudly serve family recipes passed down through generations. As time went by, we found joy not only in cooking, but also in creating and sharing new experiences. With our beautiful lake view and peaceful surroundings, we wanted others to enjoy this special place too — and so Ploen Pirom Hotel was born. Later, we added Ploen Way – Waffle House, a cozy café where guests can relax with good coffee, fresh juices, homemade pies, and our signature waffles.
We may be small, but we always put our heart into everything we do. From authentic Thai food and comfortable rooms to a friendly atmosphere and green lakeside ambiance, we love sharing the best of what we have.
